Booking

It will be considered as firm upon receipt of the payment of the deposit. The balance of the stay must be paid at the latest 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay. If the reservation is made less than one month before the arrival date, the entire stay must be paid.
In case of non-payment in time, the owner reserves the right to consider the reservation as canceled.


Price

Our prices include all taxes included in euros calculated on the basis of data in force today. They can be modified without notice in the event of tariff increases imposed by the service providers or in case of economic upheavals.
They include the provision of fully equipped housing accompanied by charges included (water, gas, electricity) as well as the provision of household linen (sheets and towels changed weekly).

Compulsory supplement​ : departure cleaning fee (52 € for studio 60 € for T2) - it includes the complete cleaning of the apartment except dishes and household appliances whose maintenance and hygiene are incumbent on the tenant during the stay.

Possible supplements : • intermediate cleaning: 26 € for studio / 30 € for T2 and duplex • Extra linen (bed linen + towel): 12 euros

Private underground parking: from 8 € / day

A deposit of 250 € is to be deposited the day of the arrival and will be returned at the end of the stay subject to inventory.

 

How to stay

The provision of housing is generally made per stay of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday, any stay interrupted or abridged will not give rise to any refund. The arrival is in principle from 17:00, the keys of your accommodation and an inventory of all that is available in the apartment will be given to you: it is important to control the arrival of the arrival state of housing before initialing this document and hand it to the reception.      • More than 22 days before the customer's arrival will result in the payment of 30% of the stay.

Any claim relating to a stay must be sent by LAR within 30 days of the stay. After this period, the company reserves the right not to respond to requests made. In case of dispute, only the court of Bayonne is competent.
